Job Description

Full time Secretary / Administrator role available paying 14 per hour, paid weekly, starting asap on a minimum contract of 3 months with a likely extension.

Hours: 8.45 - 5 M-F with an hour lunch

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Minute taking
  • Document management
  • Updating in-house systems
  • Managing highly confidential records
  • Ad-hoc reception support

Skills:

  • MS Office skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Minute taking experience
