The Role:
As a Graduate Cover Teacher, you will:
Step into the classroom in a teacher's absence
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects
Engage and manage a full classroom of students
Apply and follow each school's behaviour management policies
Work across different secondary schools, gaining varied experience
Choose flexible work: daily supply or short-term cover
We're Looking For Graduates Who Are:
Aspiring teachers keen to gain school-based experience
Resilient, confident, reliable, and adaptable
Able to engage and motivate young learners
Professional and comfortable managing classroom behaviour
Hold a UK degree relevant to the school curriculum
Requirements:
Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one
References covering the last 2 years
Right to work in the UK
