Bordereaux Analyst FTC, 12 months

An excellent opportunity for a Bordereaux Analyst to join a leading London market insurer on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

Responsibilities will include:

• Submitting relevant Bordereaux to the Binder Bordereaux System for processing data, creating risk and premium mapping templates for new binders/sections, and amending existing templates when needed
• Binder data entry into the Business' systems (Risk, Premium and Claims)
• Resolving validation errors on binder data and escalating issues to Underwriters, Coverholders or the Delegated Underwriting Team when required
• Working towards improving binder data quality over time through discussions with brokers, underwriters and claims bordereaux account managers
• Continually reviewing and looking to deliver efficiencies and streamlining processes

Experience and skills required:

• Mapping and processing of Risk and Premium Bordereaux to a Bordereaux Management System
• Knowledge of Risk, Premium and Claims Bordereaux and Lloyd's V5.2 standards
• Understanding of Delegated Authority
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of the London Insurance Market
• Good communication skills
• Analytical skills
