The Role

The firm is seeking a Conveyancing professional to join its busy residential property team in Farnborough. The role involves managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Conducting title investigations, searches, and raising and responding to enquiries
• Preparing contracts and supporting documentation
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
• Providing clear, timely updates and practical advice to clients throughout the transaction

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE in residential property.
• Proven experience in managing a range of residential property matters with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, including title checking and drafting.
