The Role
The firm is seeking a Conveyancing professional to join its busy residential property team in Farnborough. The role involves managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Conducting title investigations, searches, and raising and responding to enquiries
- Preparing contracts and supporting documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
- Providing clear, timely updates and practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE in residential property.
- Proven experience in managing a range of residential property matters with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, including title checking and drafting.
