3rd Chef (CDP/ Sous Level)
£25- 38k + Tronc/ Dep on Experience
4 Day Week
Near Petworth (Driver Required)
Our client a traditional freehold pub with a fantastic reputation for food currently have an opportunity to recruit a third permanent chef to join their team of two existing chefs .
The objective is an offering of high quality food, aiming to apply for rosette status in the next three months . Currently about 60 covers capacity in one sitting but that can be increased by using a vacant room which we only currently use for events to about 80-90
This is a fantastic opportunity-
A Beautiful pub and bar area
Lots of freedom and influence in menu development and all aspects relating to kitchen
Four day week Thursday to Sunday plus bank holidays
28 days holiday plus pension
