Job Description

A high-precision manufacturing business is looking for skilled CNC Operators to produce complex components using 4 & 5 axis milling and turn/mill machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and operate multi-axis CNC machines
  • Inspect parts using CMM and other measuring equipment
  • Work to engineering drawings and tight tolerances
  • Follow company procedures and safety standards
  • Record production issues, adjustments, and maintenance needs
  • Support TPM activities to maximise machine uptime
  • Work collaboratively and flexibly to meet production demands
Skills & Experience
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience machining precision components to high quality standards
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and safety procedures
  • Time served and/or relevant CNC experience
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
