Business Administrator Poundbury Upto £28,000 DOE

As a Business Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and sending finance agreements and documentation for e-signature.
  • Managing ID checks and compliance processes.
  • Liaising with suppliers and lenders to obtain invoices and documentation
  • Answering client queries via phone and email promptly and professionally
  • Checking and processing forms completed by the sales team
  • Handling document preparation including scanning, shredding, and filing
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks from Directors

As a Business Administrator, your experience will include:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Ideally, some understanding of finance or invoicing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
