As a Business Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and sending finance agreements and documentation for e-signature.
- Managing ID checks and compliance processes.
- Liaising with suppliers and lenders to obtain invoices and documentation
- Answering client queries via phone and email promptly and professionally
- Checking and processing forms completed by the sales team
- Handling document preparation including scanning, shredding, and filing
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks from Directors
As a Business Administrator, your experience will include:
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Ideally, some understanding of finance or invoicing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
