06:30-14:30
14:30-22:30
What You'll DoIn this pivotal leadership role, you'll oversee day-to-day production activities, driving performance while maintaining a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused environment. Your hands-on approach will ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and teamwork across the shift.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all manufacturing activities, ensuring strong performance across production lines.
- Monitor and manage key KPIs including output, downtime, waste, and labour utilisation.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, BRCGS, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
- Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team, promoting respect, engagement, and well-being.
- Proven experience in production supervision within a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production operations, OEE, quality systems, and H&S compliance.
- Confident communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- IT literate, ideally with experience in Excel and production systems.
