Based in the Bilston area, an opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business. Working within a busy commercial team, you will be responsible for supporting sales activity, processing customer orders and quotations, and ensuring high levels of customer service are consistently delivered.
Working closely with colleagues across commercial, transport and stock functions, you will respond to customer enquiries, manage documentation, and support day-to-day administrative operations. This role offers exposure across multiple commercial functions and would suit someone organised, proactive and confident communicating with customers.
