Location: Wolverhampton, WV10 6QJ
Contract Type: Temporary (6 months)
Working Pattern: Full Time
Rate: 15.06ph

Key Responsibilities:
As a General Operator, you will support the business through a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Degreasing components and conducting chemical cleaning and processing
- Operating heat treatment ovens, hardness testers, and drop quench ovens
- Preparing units for inspection and ensuring readiness for shipping
- Engaging in Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance
- Executing 5S tasks to maintain a clean and efficient workspace
What We're Looking For:
- A good level of numeracy and literacy
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Attention to detail and a commitment to working with high accuracy
- Flexibility to work shifts (AM/PM/Nights) as required
- A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to achieve significant results
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- The capability to stay calm and focused under pressure
