An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled SEND Lecturer to join a dedicated team. We are looking for an educator with a deep understanding of adaptive pedagogy to deliver high-quality, impactful lessons. You will play a pivotal role in the holistic development of learners with diverse needs, ensuring that every student's EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) outcomes are met with excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that support student progress and achievement.
• Monitor and assess student progress in line with their EHCP's, providing clear feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
• Contribute towards curriculum planning and development, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
  Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practice and support a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• A relevant degree or evidence experience supporting learners with SEND.
• EA teaching qualification, or willingness to gain in post.
• Strong communication skills, with a commitment to inclusive education.
