Sales Administrator
Location: Ledbury
Salary: £26,509.75 + 25 days holiday + 4pm finish on Fridays

The Role

You will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a varied, hands-on position combining customer interaction, sales administration, and cross-departmental support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the external sales team
  • Handle customer enquiries across commercial, technical, and logistical areas
  • Prepare and issue offers and quotations in line with client requirements
  • Maintain CRM systems and keep customer data up to date
  • Support marketing initiatives and product promotion activities
  • Provide operational and general administrative support across departments

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving ability
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Positive, adaptable, and team-focused approach
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
