Senior Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant/Senior Paralegal - Newbury, Berkshire
Are you looking to join an established conveyancing team?
Our client, a reputed law firm in Newbury are looking for further support for an existing and well regarded Conveyancing team

You will work closely with the Conveyancer and provide support including:
- Deal with helpline and new enquiry calls
- Open & close client files
- Post completion matters
- Conduct property & land searches
- Manage all client work in accordance with procedures and quality standards
- Progress the caseload where possible - and keep clients updated
- Exercise high standards of client care
- To comply with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and the Rules on the Professional Conduct of Solicitors
- To ensure good working relationships with external institutions and organisations
- Complete relevant training requirements of the SRA
- In liaison with the Senior Fee Earner promote the services of the firm in order to develop new business
In order to apply for this Senior Conveyancing Paralegal/Legal Assistant role you should ideally have at least 4 years' relevant conveyancing experience from within another law firm
