As an Accounts Payable Assistant, your responsibilities will include: - Managing the collection of cash from customers as credit controller for the business
- Posting supplier invoices and handling supplier administration
- Maintaining the cashbook with accurate and timely entries
- Preparing and submitting supplier payment runs with the Reporting Business Partner
- Supporting general finance duties such as petty cash and records archiving
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, your experience will include: - Previous experience within AR, AP or broader finance support
- Posting receipts and payments within the general ledger
- Handling supplier and internal business queries
- A team oriented, positive, and structured working style
- Experience using IFS software is desirable
