This well-established law firm is looking to bolster its conveyancing team and add a senior conveyancer to lead strategically, share technical expertise & have a real influence on the already very successful department & team.

The Role:
- This is an important role and you will be involved in strategy and firm growth
- Lead and support a team
- Oversee quality and compliance across the teams transactions
- Lead on complex property transactions, including auction work and provide strategic guidance
- Build and nurture strong industry relationships
What do you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- At least 5 years PQE within residential conveyancing
- To be a strategic leader ideally with management and business development experience
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across teams
