Branch Manager - Freight Forwarding

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in freight forwarding to lead and grow a high-performing logistics operation.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands the operational detail of freight forwarding but can also drive commercial performance, team development, and customer growth.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of the branch's performance, including operations, sales, compliance, and P&L responsibility.

You will:

• Lead and develop the branch team across air, sea, and road freight
• Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities
• Manage key customer relationships
• Oversee operational efficiency and service delivery
• Take full P&L responsibility for the branch

About You

You will have:

• Proven experience within freight forwarding (air, sea, or multimodal)
• Previous management or senior supervisory experience
• Strong commercial awareness and business development ability
• Experience managing P&L and branch performance
• Solid understanding of customs procedures and international shipping regulations
• A hands-on, proactive management style
