£481.62 per day PAYE or £650 per day limited paid via Umbrella company inside IR35
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Transformation Lead
To lead and deliver an HR transformation programme that modernises and digitises the HR function. This will include optimising the use of existing HR systems and, where necessary, recommending and supporting the introduction of new systems.
The programme will streamline processes, automate transactional tasks, enhance manager self-service, and leverage AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and employee experience. It will also strengthen managers capability in their people leadership role

Significant and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of local government statutory framework; current and emerging case law, guidance and best practice and have experience of change management and performance improvement
Extensive and relevant experience working as a solicitor/barrister or CILEX in the local government setting
Substantial experience of leading and managing professional teams and proven track record in building and sustaining effective relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
Experience of leading teams and stakeholders through performance improvement
Experience of performance management and development of staff
Experience of using Word, Excel, Power Point and electronic case management systems
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX with or eligible to apply for a current practicing certificate (or equivalent qualification)
