The Role
As a Dispute Resolution Partner, you will provide expert advice on a broad range of disputes, including:
- Commercial Contract Issues
- Insolvency Matters
- Professional Negligence Claims
- Corporate Conflicts
- Shareholder Agreements
- Defamation Cases
About You
We're looking for a solicitor with:
- Significant commercial litigation experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- A proven ability to develop business and expand client relationships
