Job Opportunity: Senior Associate - Clinical Negligence

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join a highly respected team specialising in clinical negligence and historic abuse litigation. Role Requirements:

You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence and abuse claims and work closely with a broad mix of clients. The team acts for indemnifiers, insurers, public bodies and healthcare professionals. You'll also collaborate with colleagues involved in litigation, regulatory matters, disciplinary hearings and public inquiries.

Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE (PQE is a guide)
• Solid litigation background: personal injury experience is desirable
• Experience in clinical negligence or abuse work is helpful but not essential
• Confident managing complex and sensitive matters
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and meeting service and reporting requirements
