Temporary Accounts Administrator role - Morley Leeds
Overview
Our client is seeking an Accounts & Client Administrator to support its finance and customer operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and solid experience using Xero.
Key Responsibilities
- Bank reconciliation and cashflow processing in Xero
- Processing third party payments, remittances and reimbursements
- Preparing and issuing invoices and payment reports
- Managing purchase orders and supplier payments
- Handling customer queries and account administration
- Supporting customer onboarding and offboarding processes
- General administrative support, including occasional call handling
Skills & Experience
- Experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping or a finance support role
- Strong proficiency in Xero
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
Desirable:
- Experience in a technology, SaaS or service based environment
- Familiarity with Stripe or similar payment platforms
- Understanding of DVLA or fuel/fleet industry processes
