We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established farm shop and butchery operation with a strong farm-to-fork ethos. They are looking for an experienced multi-species butcher to join their skilled team.
The role involves working with high-quality livestock sourced directly from the farm, preparing premium cuts of beef, pork, lamb and game, and supporting the production of traditional butcher s products. This is an excellent opportunity for a butcher who values quality produce, traditional skills and working closely with a dedicated food team.
