  • Maintain accurate time recording and billing discipline

The Work

Your caseload will include:

  • Estate administration

  • Trust creation and management

  • Wills and estate planning

  • Lasting Powers of Attorney

  • Inheritance tax planning

  • Advising high net worth individuals and families

This role combines high quality technical work with long term client relationship management.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England and Wales

  • Strong Private Client experience including trusts and estate administration

  • Ideally 4 to 8 years PQE or similar level of experience

  • Confidence managing matters independently

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long term client relationships

  • Commercial awareness and financial discipline
