Job Description
We are seeking an experienced property professional to join our Property & Asset Management Team on an interim basis to support the Transforming Neighbourhoods and Community Asset Programme.
This role will play a key part in strengthening the understanding of its community and neighbourhood estate. You will lead on the review, verification and assessment of owned and community assets, helping to build a robust evidence base that informs future decisions about the use of local assets.
Working closely with colleagues across Neighbourhoods, Communities and other internal teams, you will provide professional property and estate management expertise to support decisions around asset consolidation, community hub development, re-provision, retention or alternative use.
The ideal candidate will have past experience in an asset management / asset surveyor / estates management surveyor based role with an expert understanding of asset management, strategy, analysis and appraisal.

- Initial 3 month contract but likely to extend
- £450 per day paid via a umbrella company
- 2/3 days in office and 2/3 days from home
