Responsible for overseeing day to day patent management of the BAT/PMI Settlement Agreement. Responsible for leading the team undertaking counter FTO work: identification of patent rights that are infringed by third party products and designing effective prosecution and litigation strategies to improve the commercial value of these patent rights (Patent Chess). The Corporate Benefits Consultant - Healthcare and Group Risk will advise business clients on Corporate Employee Benefits. Be a specialist in Health and Wellbeing products (Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Health Cash Plans etc) and Group Risk products (Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Critical Illness). Experience in benefit platforms / flexible benefits would be helpful. The Corporate Benefits Consultant will be responsible for a portfolio of clients with both Health and Group Risk schemes. The Consultant should retain and grow the portfolio providing holistic consultancy developing and building long-term relationships. Collaboration is key, so being able to work with their immediate team and also the wider business is essential for success. Strong personal skills are crucial. Responsibilities Maintain and grow client portfolio Work with Titan Risk and Reward/Corporate Consultants and wider business to understand and promote products and campaigns. To co-ordinate efforts and share ideas. Achieve set individual and business targets through campaigns. Present to both employers and employees, where required. Demonstrate the highest professional standards in all dealings with both existing and prospective clients. Develop business relationships quickly and remotely with a robust contact and engagement strategy with all stakeholders including providers and clients. Highlight key sales differentiators to promote Titan proposition. Undertake projects, organise events and take responsibility for communicating with/ to stakeholders including clients, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives. Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required, always bearing in mind TCF and the needs of the business. Support with wider Titan projects as and when required. Critical skills and experience required: Presentation skills. Analytical and numerical ability - able to analyse and interpret data, evaluate data. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships. Strong process orientation with a desire to do things right first time.
