Key Responsibilities for this Bridging Finance Solicitor vacancy: Manage caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. Review title documentation, searches, contracts, and reports on title. Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, Lenders and other third parties. Ensure compliance with Anti Money Laundering and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate legal and transactional risks. Maintain accurate case management records and meet completion deadlines. Bridging Finance Solicitor experience to include: Draft & review loan agreements, debentures, personal guarantees, and security documentation.
