A fast paced, well established business in Stockton is looking for a proactive, detail driven Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis. What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key part in keeping the Purchase Ledger running smoothly, with responsibilities including:
- Working through the query management system to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Reviewing contracts on the system to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Chasing goods receipting to confirm deliveries.
- Checking and requesting PODs.
- Contacting suppliers regarding outstanding credits.
- Collaborating with service centres to resolve queries efficiently.
- Providing hands on support to the Purchase Ledger team with day to day issues.
What We're Looking For
- Someone available immediately.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with systems.
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with suppliers.
- A team player who can hit the ground running.
