Job Title: Chef De Partie
Salary : 34,000 + Tips & benefits
Hours : 40 to 45 hours per week Between 7am & 6pm

Your role
As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key part in the kitchen team:
- Prepare ingredients and maintaining quality and consistency
- Section management, ensuring every dish meets high standards
- Maintain hygiene and food safety across all kitchen areas
- Support stock rotation, labelling, and minimise food waste
- Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House teams during busy periods
- Continuously develop your culinary skills through hands-on experience
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in high-quality kitchens
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery
- Creative, passionate, with pride in flavour, presentation, and seasonal cooking
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Eligible to work in the UK
