We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team.
Duties include:
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Providing support and resolving customer queries
Updating customer information on internal systems
Liaising with internal teams where required
Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience preferred
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
