NonStop Consulting is working with a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency in the London area, to help them find a Senior Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

They are therapeutic and they have an Outstanding Ofsted rating.

The role is home based - meaning you will not be based in an office. This will allow you to have a lot of flexibility with your schedule and a good work - life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Supervising Social Worker will provide support and supervision to 10 foster families located around North London, Hertfordshire and Essex.

This role doesn't include completing form f assessments, as they use independent form f assessors for that, so your role will be a bit less busy.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker
• experience in fostering
• Full driving licence
