COMMERCIAL INSURANCE MANAGER

Hybrid working - CROYDON AREA. Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working closely with this first class insurance broking organisation seeking to recruit a strong Commercial Insurance team leader with the able to also service a portfolio of commercial clients so you will be a "player/manager" type of leader.

To be considered for this role you must come from a solid Commercial Insurance broking background and have managerial experience in Insurance.

With operational responsibility for about 12 staff you'll be responsible for:

• Provision of Management Information
• Undertake monthly 1-2-1's with your team
• Manage holidays, sickness and absence
• Ensure adherence to SLAs
• Identify training needs
• Appraisals
• File checks and audits
• Team meetings
• Regulatory compliance adherence

In addition you'll have a book of clients with servicing responsibility where you'll be involved in renewals, rebroking , mid term adjustments, account maximisation, insurer liaison and relationship management.

This is obviously a wide and varied role which requires Team Leading, Commercial Insurance and Relationship Management skills to a high level.
