QC Operative to join their busy team, ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and customer deadlines.
The RoleAs a QC Operative, you will be responsible for inspecting completed work, maintaining quality controls, and supporting the smooth flow of vehicles through the final stages of production. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently are key.
Key Responsibilities Inspect completed work to manufacturer and customer guidelines
Ensure all Jobcard activities are carried out and closed correctly
Work efficiently to meet customer deadlines and internal lead times
Report delays or issues that may impact schedules
Maintain high-quality standards throughout the final repair process
Record pass/fail outcomes with clear reasons to support records
Ensure correct PPE is worn and report any H&S concerns promptly
Take pictures in line with customer requirements
Complete final QC checks before vehicles leave site
Attend training to stay up to date with new processes and products
Keep all working areas clean, organised, and free of hazards
Prepare basic reports when needed
Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Person Requirements- Must drive with own vehicle due to location
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in a quality control role is beneficial, but not essential - full training is provided
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
