Permanent, Full-time job vacancy
Bakery retail assistant
Working hours:
Monday-Wednesday 9am to 3.30pm
Thursday-Friday 9am-4.30pm
Saturday 8am-12pm
The bakery is open 6 days per week, Monday-Saturday, and you will be required to work 5 days out of the 6, on a 3 week rota
Pay rate-£12.40 per hr

Our ideal candidate:
- Previous experience working in a bakery shop
- Good customer service skills
- High food safety & hygiene awareness
- Has experience with cash reconciliation
- Good communication skills
In your role as a Bakery retail assistant:
- Supporting customer service by greeting, taking orders, helping them select baked goods
- Managing inventory by tracking stock levels, monitoring expiry dates and placing orders with the production team
- Maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and adhere to food safety regulations
- Processing payments
