The Accounts Assistant Role
As the Accounts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Processing purchase invoices and sales invoices
Allocating payments and reconciling transactions
Updating financial records and maintaining internal databases
Assisting with general accounts administration
Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer queries
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties
As you gain experience within the role, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and further develop your accounts knowledge.

The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience within an accounts administration role
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Confidence using IT systems and databases
