Immediate Start / Short Notice

£55,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits

Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in the office

Are you a talented finance professional looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a hands on Finance Manager to join an ambitious fast growing business with a strong community driven ethos. This is a unique opportunity to work across the business supporting the leadership team while making a real impact on day to day operations and strategic growth.

What you will be doing:

• Managing full accounts: receivables, payables, daily banking and reconciliations.
• Preparing management accounts, forecasts, cashflow reports and board packs.
• Handling taxation, year end accounts, audits and payroll.
• Supporting HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits and policy compliance.
• Driving continuous improvement in accounting processes and reporting systems.

Who we're looking for:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong technical and numerical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI experience.
• Experience with Xero, Hubspot CRM and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Detail oriented, proactive and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excited about working in a start up environment and growing with the business.
• A great communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams.
