Subsea Umbilical Assembly Technician

Assembly Technician required to join a production team working on the mechanical, electrical and electronic manufacture of subsea oil and gas umbilicals.

The ideal candidate will have maritime, Oil and Gas or similar heavy machinery component tooling experience however training will be provided.

Requirements

Practical mechanical hand tool experience with machine operation knowledge.

Electrical wiring, crimping, power, soldering, termination understanding.

The ideal candidate will have Oil and Gas, piping or subsea umbilical exposure.

Responsibilities

Work from job packets to perform routings, work orders and bills of material.

Test assemblies against requirements of cell projects.

Maintain production tools and equipment.

Perform troubleshooting to diagnose product, process or program defects and repair them.
