We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a high-performing in-house recruitment team delivering large-scale hiring across Professional Services.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping a modern, data-driven recruitment function, moving beyond traditional advertising approaches to proactive talent attraction and efficient hiring at scale.
You will lead a team of recruiters managing a high-volume portfolio of roles and delivering approximately 800 - 1,000 hires per year, using data and insight to improve recruitment performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and manage a team of recruiters delivering end-to-end recruitment
- Oversee a large portfolio of high-volume vacancies and ensure timely hiring
- Monitor recruitment performance against KPIs and service standards
- Drive improvements in time-to-hire, candidate quality and hiring manager satisfaction
- Analyse recruitment data to improve efficiency, candidate quality and offer acceptance
- Provide expert advice to hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Support delivery of the organisation s recruitment strategy
- Manage complex or senior recruitment campaigns when required
- Proven experience leading a high-volume in-house recruitment team
- Experience managing recruitment delivery against KPIs and service levels
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage large recruitment volumes while maintaining quality
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment data
- REC qualification or equivalent professional certification
- Experience recruiting across professional services functions
