Warehouse Operations
Ensure warehouse operations run efficiently
Plan staffing to meet demand
Maintain quality control
Coordinate loading/unloading of vehicles
Report any loss or damage
Carry out daily H&S checks

Staff Management
Recruit, train and support staff
Maintain employee records in BrightHR

Health & Safety
Conduct site inspections and promote safe practices
Ensure correct equipment use and manual handling

Objectives
Align warehouse operations with company strategy
Support standards aligned with ISO 9001

What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' warehouse management experience
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation

Desirable
Experience with Current RMS or similar software
HR management experience
Practical experience applying H&S legislation

Offer
50,000- 55,000 depending on experience
End-of-year bonus
