The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy professional services team based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation known for delivering a high standard of service to its clients.

This role will provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to senior professionals, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing workflows, coordinating schedules, and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing proactive PA support to senior team members
  • Managing complex diaries, meetings, and scheduling commitments
  • Acting as a first point of contact and managing inbox correspondence
  • Preparing meeting documentation and distributing materials in advance
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics and technology setup
  • Organising travel arrangements and related itineraries
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Supporting administrative processes related to client matters
  • Assisting with financial administration including billing support and report preparation
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is filed correctly
  • Supporting compliance processes and internal administrative requirements
  • Assisting with business development and event coordination where required
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide team support during busy periods or absences

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous Personal Assistant or administrative support experience, ideally within a professional services environment, although this is not essential.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Confidence working independently and using initiative
  • A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
