Paraplanner Team Leader Hybrid

Are you an experienced Paraplanner Team Leader in the Financial Services sector? We're partnering with a highly respected financial planning firm in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, looking for a Paraplanner Team Leader who thrives on research, cash flow modelling, and contributing meaningfully to client strategy who is comfortable Managing a team of Paraplanners.

You will collaborate with the Management team and giving guidance to ensure best practice.

What we're looking for:

Diploma Level 4 as a minimum (working towards Chartered? Even better)

Experience with systems like X-Plan or Intelligent Office

Someone who enjoys turning complexity into clarity for clients

A proactive and detail-oriented mindset

Happy leading a team.
