Rate: £650 to £825 per day inside IR35

We are looking for a senior Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect with deep HR domain expertise to lead solution strategy and technical problem solving at executive programme level.

Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end solution architecture across Oracle Fusion HCM
Act as senior escalation point for complex functional and technical challenges
Provide architectural leadership to delivery teams and suppliers
Engage senior leadership stakeholders to shape roadmap and transformation approach
Ensure integration patterns and data strategy align with enterprise architecture

Required experience
Extensive Oracle Fusion HCM architecture delivery background
Proven ability operating at SLT/programme board level
Strong functional and technical hybrid capability
Experience leading large scale HR transformation programmes
Integration, data migration and environment strategy expertise
