Mobile Services Engineer Electrical
Location: NE (covering surrounding areas, occasional Cumbria travel)
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Door-to-Door Travel
OTE: £55,000 £60,000 (Overtime Available)

About the Role
We re looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management business supporting a large portfolio of commercial sites. You ll be responsible for planned and reactive electrical maintenance, ensuring compliance, and keeping systems running smoothly across multiple sites.
This is a mobile, varied role perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, solving problems on the go, and being part of a friendly, supportive regional team.
What You ll Do
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical work
Fault-finding and repair of building electrical systems
Work on lighting, distribution boards, small power, emergency lighting, and general electrical plant
Minor installations and upgrades where required
Complete compliance checks and reports via digital systems
Ensure all work meets current regulations and health & safety standards
Build strong relationships with on-site staff and stakeholders
Who We re Looking For
Fully qualified in QCF Level 3 Electrical for Fixed Wiring Installations, or an equivalent recognised qualification
Examples include: NVQ Level 3 Diploma 2357 (AM2), Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification (Installation/Maintenance), City & Guilds 2365-03, EAL Level 3 Diploma, SVQ 3 (SCQF Level 7)
Pre-2010 qualifications also considered: City & Guilds 236/2360 Part 2, 2330 Level 3 Certificate, pre-QCF NVQ Level 3
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience in commercial FM or multi-site environments desirable
Full UK driving licence
