Campbell Grove Talent are partnering with an ambitious and relationship led firm of Accountants who are looking for a Client Manager to take ownership of a portfolio and help drive the next phase of growth.

What will you actually do?

• Own and grow your client portfolio - are you ready to treat it like your own business?
• Lead client meetings that go beyond compliance - can you turn numbers into decisions?
• Deliver high quality management info (cashflow, budgets, forecasts, year end accounts) that clients actually use
• Review work, raise standards, and mentor others - do you enjoy making teams better?
• Spot and deliver tax planning opportunities
• Identify opportunities, start conversations, win new work
• Contribute to FD-level support

What makes you a fit?

• Qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent) with solid Practice experience
• Comfortable owning relationships and having honest, sometimes challenging conversations
• Tech-savvy (Xero or similar) and open to new tools
• Commercially aware - do you naturally look for ways to add value ?
