A welcoming primary school in Rednal is seeking dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants to join their supportive EYFS team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant and engaging early learning environment where every day is different.
The Role:
Full time position, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Support teaching and learning within Nursery and/or Reception
Work with small groups and individual pupils to support early development
Assist with phonics, early maths, and language development activities
Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Support children's personal, social, and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience working within Early Years (school or nursery setting)
Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential with strong experience)
Be patient, caring, and enthusiastic
Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
Be confident supporting early phonics and number development
