Payroll Administrator

Up to 35,000
Hybrid working (2 days in the office after probation)

We're working with a growing organisation based in Watford who are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone confident running payroll end-to-end and looking to join a supportive, well-structured environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Running payroll cycles end-to-end
  • Ensuring compliance with UK statutory requirements (SSP, SMP, PAYE, NIC)
  • Performing payroll checks, reconciliations and validations
  • Investigating and resolving payroll queries
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and data integrity

About you:

  • Proven experience running payroll from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
  • Experience using payroll systems and handling data validation
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
