We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive /Personal Assistant to join a dynamic entertainment company on a permanent, fully remote basis. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Managing Directors and Executive Director to provide executive support, manage priorities, and coordinate a range of projects within a fast-paced, international live events environment. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries, coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, tracking decisions and actions, and preparing insightful reports to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will assist with event organisation, recruitment processes, and logistics for key company initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and operate with utmost professionalism and discretion, given the sensitive nature of the information handled.
