Job Description Role overview We are seeking a Trainee Office Coordinator to deliver high-quality administrative support across our Newcastle office, encompassing front of house, office administration, and local events management. Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and supporting data cleansing initiatives as required Research and book venues; maintain relationships with suppliers Coordinate and monitor e-brief communications and other internal communications activities. Support client onboarding activities, including referrals, conflict checks and CRM maintenance.
