- Managing mortgage applications from start to completion
- Collecting, checking and processing client & lender documentation
- Keeping clients, brokers and lenders updated throughout the journey
- Liaising with solicitors, underwriters and other professionals
- Maintaining accurate records in line with FCA requirements
- Working towards team targets in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high-performing team environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
