Finance Specialist - Business Finance Sales

An FCA-regulated, NACFB-approved Business Finance brokerage is seeking a driven Finance Specialist to join their Saffron Walden team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with office-based sales experience who wants to build a career in commercial finance, SME lending, and business funding solutions.

The Role

• Handle inbound SME enquiries and convert warm leads.
• Provide business loans, cashflow finance, invoice finance, asset finance, and property finance solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to funding completion.
• Build relationships with commercial lenders and maintain a strong deal pipeline.
• Earn uncapped commission based on completed deals.

What You Need

• Within commuting distance of Saffron Walden (nearest station: Audley End).
• Minimum one year in an office-based sales role.
• Experience in finance or lending is highly beneficial.
• Confident communicator, target-driven, and motivated to earn.
• Degree preferred but not essential.
