Private Client Locum North Yorkshire ASAP Start Job Ref: A well-established law firm in North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum to join the team on an immediate basis to cover a period of sickness absence.The RoleYou will be assisting the Private Client department with a varied caseload, providing support while a member of the team is away from the business. The length of the assignment is currently unknown and will depend on the duration of the absence.Key Responsibilities• Managing a caseload of private client matters• Drafting Wills• Probate and estate administration• Trust matters• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)• Providing clear and professional advice to clientsRequirements• Minimum 5 years' experience in Private Client work• Ability to manage files independently• Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and LPAs• Excellent client care and communication skillsAssignment Details• Start Date: ASAP• Duration: Ongoing sickness cover (length currently unknown)• Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break• Location: Office-based initially, with potential for hybrid working as the assignment progressesThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client locum to join a supportive firm and assist during a busy period.How to Apply:Contact Alicia Forde on or email quoting Job Ref: eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
