Opportunity: Residential Property Legal Assistant

Location: Trowbridge (Flexible Working)

Hours: Full-Time (9am - 5pm)

Salary: Up to 30,000 + Bonus (DOE)

The Role:

You'll play a key part in supporting a busy conveyancing team, getting involved in the full lifecycle of property transactions. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days look quite the same.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the preparation of contracts, leases and property documentation
• Drafting correspondence and standard legal documents
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
• Supporting with file management, compliance and case updates
• Coordinating with accounts on transactions and transfers
• Handling calls, queries and client communication professionally
• Providing general administrative support and occasional reception cover

This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys being busy, organised and client-facing.

• Experience within residential conveyancing (essential)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
